1. Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
2. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging.
3. Return requests made after 30 days from delivery are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

1. Receipt of the returned product
2. Approval or rejection of your refund request
If approved:
1. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
2. The amount will be credited to your original method of payment.
3. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
1. Recheck your bank or payment account.
2. Contact your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.

4. Sale Items
1. Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
2. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
Exchanges are offered only for defective or damaged items.
To request an exchange for the same item:

2. Once approved, your replacement will be processed and shipped within 7–10 business days.
6. Order Cancellation Policy
1. You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.
2. To request a cancellation, email info@babyswink.com with your order number and a brief reason for cancellation.
Cancellation Charges
1. A handling fee of 5% of the order value or ₹50 (whichever is higher) will be deducted.
2. If the order has already been dispatched, shipping charges will also be deducted.

1. Cancellations are only possible before the order is packed or shipped.
2. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
